Entrepreneurship:
Don't settle. Cofounders/investors/CEO's are all crucial - Spend time to find the right ones.
Be an expert in all aspects.
Leadership:
Have a healthy disregard for the impossible - not a fear of failure.
Aggressive goals are often easier
Never enough measurement
Work with people you like (and want to be like)
End to end:
Don't be afraid to solve the whole problem at once
VS Bandwagon
Don't start a company because a space is hot

Now for my $100 Challenge:
I had to wait til Friday to receive my containers. Luckily, my awesome customers were all ok with waiting a few days. I sold a total of 22 containers, 16 oz each, to 11 customers. I offered a free bag of chips for anyone that ordered more than 1 salsa, I think that encouraged sales.

Costs - containers    = .15/ea
            salsa             = 1.15/16 oz
Cost per container    = $1.30/ea

Totals for the first week: 22 units
Price - $6.00/ea * 22 =  $132
Cost                           =  $ 28.60
Total profit week 1    =  $103.40

I only have 1 order for week 2. Unfortunately, I failed to send out my sign-up sheet in time. I had decided to push the timing out but remembered that I had a carryover. Someone had ordered one salsa after the cutoff date for week 1. So I am going to count that order for week 2.

Totals for second week:
Price - $6.00/ea * 1 =  $6
Cost                         =  $1.30
Total profit week 1  =  $4.70

 I will be sending out my week three sales sign-up this Wednesday. I am hoping to get a few repeat customers, but we shall see. I also got some feedback that the Google forms were not the best way to order for some friends. I plan on offering the option of ordering directly through the comments on Facebook. It might help increase the orders through this simplification. I will continue to offer payment via Venmo, PayPal, and cash at pick up.
